Alfa Laval will supply eight of its Alfa Laval PureSOx exhaust gas cleaning systems to a shipowner in a deal worth SEK 125 million.
- Eight PureSOx scrubber systems will be fitted to two ships to remove sulphur oxides, enabling compliant operation in Emission Control Areas.
- Scrubbers provided will be of a hybrid configuration to allow operation in seawater and freshwater environments.
- Delivery is scheduled for 2018 and 2019.
