Baleària has signed an agreement with Italian shipyard Cantiere Navale Visentini to build two dual-fuel ferries.
- Vessels will use LNG to reduce CO2 and nitrogen oxides emissions by more than 40% as well as sulphur and particulates says Baleària.
- 200 million Euro invested into newbuilds.
- Ferries expected to be operational by end of 2018.
