ClassNK has become the first classification society to be authorised by the Liberian Registry to issue electronic certificates for statutory surveys to Liberian-flagged vessels.
- ClassNK e-Certificate system reduces administrative burdens, cutting down on workload for shipping companies.
- Certificate information is made easier to retrieve and data can be transmitted and received offshore.
- ClassNK e-Certificate also allows users to verify the authenticity of certificates online to ensure data has not been manipulated or falsified. It will be available to Liberian-flagged vessel in Q2 of 2017.
