Singtel, the partner to Inmarsat’s Fleet Xpress, has carried out its first installation of the high-speed broadband service to a vessel owned by Hyproc Shipping Company.
- Tessala, a liquefied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas tanker received the software to help improve its connectivity.
- Fleet Xpress provides high speed and high capacity and safety services in one package, guaranteeing connectivity in all conditions globally.
- Hyproc states that it wants to increase efficiency and crew welfare by using the high throughput service to transform vessels into connected ships.
