NAPA has updated its performance monitoring and reporting systems to incorporate EU Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) software to help shipowners and operators comply with the regulation.
- Existing users of NAPA Shipping Solutions, ClassNK-NAPA GREEN and NAPA-DSME Power will be able to collect MRV data and generate reports though their performance monitoring software.
- These reporting features mean that shipowners and operators can monitor and report their CO2 emissions as required by the regulation, using already installed NAPA software.
- It will automatically generate annual or voyage-by-voyage MRV reports and export them, requiring crew to only update a change of activity.
