The California State Land Commission’s Marine Invasive Species Program is to no longer accept the previous United States Coast Guard (USCG) Ballast Water Reporting Form.
Ships now arriving at California ports must submit the USCG Ballast Water Management Report (BWMR) to the Commission.
This has been applicable since July 1, 2016.
