NYK, NTT, Dualog in joint IoT experiment

NYK Group and Norway’s Dualog will start collaborating on shipboard IoT innovation in a proof-of-concept experiment with NTT(Nippon Telegraph and Telephone).

the work will involve amongst other things;
•   Data gathering from an expanding array of onboard sensors and monitoring equipment
•   Remote distribution and management of onboard applications
•   Monitoring of ship equipment, event analyses, and intelligent alerts
