Three more ports join LNG focus group

Three more ports have joined an international liquefied natural gas bunkering port focus group that aims to strengthen the network of LNG fuel-ready ports and enhance uptake.

  • The Port of Ningbo-Zhoushan, China, the Port of Marseille Fos, France, and Port of Vancouver, Canada, have joined the Port of Singapore and seven other organisations that are already part of the group.
  • The network will comprise a total of eleven ports and maritime administrations across Asia, Europe and North America.
  • The focus group was formed in 2014 by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, Antwerp Port Authority, Port of Rotterdam and Port of Zeebrugge.
