Brittany Ferries has confirmed the order for a new £175m ferry that will be powered by liquefied natural gas.
- Honfleur ferry will feature four engines that feed electric generators and two electric propulsion motors.
- Ferry will have WiFi in all areas and a digital information lounge where customers can research connection times, areas of recommendation and services onboard.
- The ferry will operate between Portsmouth, England to Caen, Normandy, France, from spring 2019.
