Corvus Energy has announced the availability of a liquid-cooled option for its Orca Energy Storage System.
- The lithium-ion based and scalable ESS is now compatible with Corvus liquid-cooled as well as air-cooled technology, giving higher average power.
- Liquid-cooled version allows for greater control over the battery temperature and supports smaller battery systems while reducing space and weight says Corvus.
- Variant is based on the same platform as air-cooled solution with power connections in the rack, eliminating cable and manual connections for increased safety and easy installation.
