Eco Marine Power has agreed to supply its Aquarius Management and Automation (MAS) + Solar solution to a Singapore-based shipping company.
- Aquarius MAS monitors fuel oil consumption, includes alarm handling and data logging.
- Solar solution includes marine computers, battery chargers, batteries, marine-grade solar panels plus interfaces and sensors. Batteries will be supplied by Furukawa Battery Company of Yokohama, Japan.
- Memorandum of Understanding was signed to include the solution and software/hardware for monitoring emissions. It will be fitted to one ship first before being performance assessed and installed to further vessels.
