In order to meet demand of ballast water treatment systems, Evoqua Water Technologies is upgrading its production facility in Caldicot, Wales.
- According to Evoqua, the expansion of its BWTS facility will enable increased production of its SeaCURE BWTS.
- Upgrade will allow Evoqua to help shipowners obtain a BWTS to meet the BWM Convention, which will enter into force September 8 2017.
- Production plant will include a new compressed air system, dedicated welding bays and upgraded testing facilities.
