The International Maritime Organization (IMO) hoped to prioritise the finalisation of the Garbage Record Book during last week’s Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC).
The Committee approved draft amendments to the form of Garbage Record book and draft amendments to MARPOL Annex VI with a view to adoption at MEPC 70.
