LNG Gorskaya signs financing deal for development of natural gas centres

Estonian LNG company Gorskaya Overseas Ou has signed an agreement with investment company Kinlan Communications to attract financing for the construction of liquefied natural gas centres for the marine industry.

• LNG Gorskaya expects to attract 19 million Euros by placing additional shares and convertible bonds to help with financing LNG bunkering centres in Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Sweden, and Finland.
• Project to develop LNG bunkering centres is known as Aurora.
• Each centre will include 5,500m³ capacity floating LNG storage facility, a berth for ships to be bunkered by and 1,300m³ bunkering vessels to carry out bunkering at the harbour and offshore.
