MAN Cryo is to supply a fuel-gas supply system to two ferries for Torghatten Nord.
- Contract has been signed with the Vard Shipyard Group, Norway, to deliver the systems.
- Each ferry will be equipped with a gas-electric, hybrid-propulsion system, with optional fast-charging from shore.
- Ferries are scheduled for delivery in Q1 of 2018 and will operate between Halhjem and Sandvikvåg, south of Bergen in SE Norway.
