MAN Diesel & Turbo and Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding have entered a cooperation agreement to intensify and enhance their existing joint business activities.
- Agreement will deepen mutual activities within sales, production, R&D and engineering, procurement and construction. Other businesses may be added.
- Agreement was signed by Takao Tanaka, President & CEO of Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding and Dr. Uwe Lauber, CEO of MAN Diesel & Turbo.
- Companies will focus more on R&D to reduce carbon emissions and increase digitalisation.
