Navico is to use Vodaphone’s Global Internet of Things SIM to enhance connectivity of its GoFree vessel monitoring suite.
- GoFree Track will use Vodaphone’s IoT technology to track critical vessel factors such as engine hours, battery status and fuel consumption to assess potential issues.
- Data is collected and shared back to the GoFree Vessel online module for instant feedback.
- Vessel information in real time can be constantly monitored, logged, transmitted and reported back to operators and technicians to raise awareness of arising issues.
