Noise reducing tech permits 23% discount on dues at Canadian port

EcoAction offers discounted harbour dues to ships that have implemented environmental practices.
Vessels with PBCFs can obtain 23% discount on dues.
PBCF reduces cavitation and underwater noise and is claimed by MOL to reduce fuel consumption by 3-5%.
