Following an analysis of current newbuilding contracts, Vessels Value and have named John Angelicoussis as “Posidonia 2016’s Biggest Spender” on newbuilding orders.
Angelicoussis has purchased 8 vessels across both Maran Tankers and Maran Gas Maritime.
The resell value of these newbuilding contracts today are worth USD 1.2 billion.
The contracts cover four large LNG vessels and four very large crude carriers (VLCC).
