Safety and environmental recognition for Columbia Ship Management

Columbia Ship Management has earned recognition for its energy efficiency and safety standards.

The Cyprus-based ship manager has been awarded ISO 50001:2011 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificates.
ISO 50001:2011 aims at supporting organisations that want to continually reduce their energy use, energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
OHSAS 18000 standards provide organisations with the tools for an effective safety management system that can be integrated into other management systems.
Class society DNV GL assessed the ship the ship manager to determine if it had achieved the required standards
