General Dynamics NASSCO shipbuilders have delivered their sixth American Jones Act-qualified ECO Class tanker as part of an eight-ship program for two separate customers.
This particular ECO tanker, built to the ECO Class design, was delivered to SEA-Vista LLC.
The Constitution is a 50,000 DWT product tanker that is LNG-conversion-ready. Its construction commenced in June 2015.
