SEA\LNG, the coalition that aims to promote the adoption of liquefied natural gas as a marine fuel, has three new members.
- Mitsui & Co., Ltd., NOVATEK Gas & Power, and Sumitomo Corporation have joined the coalition.
- SEA\LNG works to breakdown and remove the barriers to LNG uptake, particularly ahead of the IMO’s 2020 global sulphur cap.
- All three companies have been heavily involved in promoting LNG uptake so far and have been part of other projects to facilitate the LNG bunkering market and infrastructure development.
