An agreement between Verifavia and the Liberian Registry will allow all Liberian-flagged vessels to benefit from independent International Maritime Organization DCS and EU Monitoring, Reporting and Verification services.
- Verifavia will offer verification services to ships looking to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions under both the IMO’s DCS and the EU’s MRV regulation.
- Cooperation expects to provide confidence to Liberian flagged vessels that Verifavia has knowledge, expertise and understanding in both the EU and IMO monitoring schemes.
- Liberian-flagged vessels will benefit from a verification service from a single contact and single verification audit.
